Course overview. This is a great place to start and overviews the complete course, along with course objectives, course content, background information about the course, pre-course suggestions, resources used during the training and post course follow-up suggestions.

Facilitator notes. These detailed training notes provide the training facilitator with comprehensive details and suggestions about what to say, how to deliver the content, the exact resources needed, extra hints and tips, suggested delegate answers and timings. Everything needed to deliver successful training confidently. All in one place.

Delegate notes. This delegate handout is designed as a Personal Development Journal this is the ideal place for delegates to record notes, ideas, key learning points and follow-up actions. It follows the course training track, and to save time already the key content and diagrams are pre-populated. The last page or two focus on a review of key learning, its application and action planning. Perfect to review following the course.

PowerPoint Visuals. These visual aids are designed to support delegate learning and not distract from the key messages being presented and discussed. There is no visual overkill and expereinced facilitators can use these visuals to ensure they follow the training track. 

Handouts 2 - 4. Depending on subject matter, a variety of different handouts are used to support learning and training facilitation. These may include questionnaires with model answers, case studies, skills models, skills practice exercises and debrief notes, self evaluation exercises, group activities and more.

Learning evaluation. This 30 minute learning evaluation, cover the key learning areas from the courses and includes a marking guide and model answers.
